Gina is a short documentary about a woman with a degenerative tissue disorder. We learn of the constraints on how she lives and her desire for a choice of how she could end her life. As well as its Vimeo Staff Pick selection, Gina was picked up by numerous international news outlets and was the most-viewed of the 2015 Loading Docs series.

Visiting Gina in her room was a profound experience. We recreated it including the countless signs, and her sister kindly played her as Gina herself was too unwell.

Gina is about connection and how we choose to be with, and part from, our loved ones.
